THIS IS FUN. I don't know why I'm yelling.

"That is what the free market has also been asking." I laughed out loud.

Oh, man, old Charles E. Pizza. I am old enough to remember ShowBiz, too. With the bear singers that were like Disney's Country Bear Jamboree but legally distinct from Disney's Country Bear Jamboree. 😂

Also love the Andean bear so much! I have a bear manuscript featuring them, Bearly Asleep, that I'm querying agents with right now. 🤞

Good luck with your Substack--looking forward to reading it.

Samesies. Except our local Chuck E Cheese went out of business - best thing to come out of the pandemic, honestly.

Oh wow. This hit home. Both because $40 is the rate at which I myself spend money in C.E.C. and also because my partner and I are just starting to think about thinking about adopting.

I am a 4th grade teacher in Bellingham, WA and you can thank me for an additional 25-30 young fans each school year. ;) By October each year, Adam Rex is a household name…err, a classroom name…in Room 231. (Mac Barnett, who?)

As soon as I got my hands on a copy of Digestion! The Musical, I eagerly read it aloud to my group of too-cool-for-picture-book students. They may have been skeptical at first (which might have had something to do with my sad attempts to sing some verses…eek, sorry kids) but as soon as that disco toilet dropped…the potty had started!!! Bam bam bammmm! You know what a nine-year-old likes…and this teacher is forever grateful for your genius and wit which often times is what gets me through the day with these little darlings. :)

Whatever. The End.
